It 's wonderful to read these days how much the government is doing to fix the waste problem in Naples and the whole South! In 2010, the solution to all problems of "garbage" is the THERMOVALORIZATION called by close friends INCINERATOR ... that is, a simple fireplace that "enhances" the waste and producing electricity by burning!
I did not know that burning waste might be a good thing! Too difficult to make the collection and impose penalty fines salty! Too difficult to reuse the plastic, paper, glass and everything else, you first make a cauldron and go into the fire!
